This is a new opportunity within the Market Risk reporting, systems, data and controls team managing VaR, stress testing, structural risk reporting, and adherence to traded market risk prudential standards.
You will be responsible for undertaking analysis of reported results and process issues as instructed by the Executive Manager whilst ensuring edequate controls are in place to maintain strong risk management controls You will contribute to innovation, development and maintenance of market risk and related processes as part of continuous improvement as well as respond to ad-hoc queries from within the wider Market Risk team, Group Risk and the business. Along with a sound knowledge of financial markets, market risk and related systems and infrastructure, we are looking for: At least 5 years’ experience in risk reporting environments.
Strong business and data analysis skills with excellent attention to detail. Comprehensive knowledge of prudential reporting requirements. Experience of data quality management and reconciliations.
Experience in developing and maintaining system and process controls. Practical experience in dealing with operational process & procedure in a financial markets environment.
