Performance Analyst - Funds Management



Our client is a leading fund manager that is undergoing significant growth and is currently seeking a Performance Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Performance, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily performance measurement across all portfolios and products. Key aspects of this role include: Undertake the performance measurement and attribution of fund portfolios; Calculate performance figures on spreadsheets and prepare performance reports for stakeholders; Provide support to the front office teams regarding portfolio validation, investigations and commentary; and Support the implementation of new portfolios and assist on business-wide projects and improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills & Qualifications required include: Finance/Business degree qualified, with CFA, CIPM or other relevant qualifications highly desirable; 2-5 plus years of experience in investment performance within an institutional fund manager, custody business or similar is a must; Strong exposure across asset classes will be highly regarded; Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills; Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced Excel skills (VBA and macros) and programming, such as SQL will be highly regarded; and Highly organised, self-driven and excellent attention to detail.
