We offer 25% on every dollar for the first 3 months, then a model that would yield more than 'generous structures' elsewhere, with 30k quarterly thresholds, 40% comms to 80k, then 50% comms over 80k. With quick succession hiring in our Architecture, Engineering and Sub Contractor desks, the area we are hiring for is Trades & Labour . A quickly developing desk with several shared clients, as well as folders full of 100's of quality candidates and all the tools you need to succeed. We have smooth systems to allow for contract and permanent solutions as well as access to external skills testing to keep the quality of our candidates high.
WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for quality focussed, consistent Recruiters with a minimum of 2 years experience, in Trades & Labour , who are over the conveyor-belt consultant model, low commissions and the groundhog day rigidity of the corporate world. You'll also have a degree or similar in a business or related field.
