Account Manager - IT Security Solutions
My client is a very well-established IT solutions provider with a fantastic base of existing clients within the medium to large corporate and government markets. Having established a very loyal customer base with a unique range of products, my client is expanding the solutions offering to incorporate an enterprise grade security portfolio and is now looking to build their profile within this arena. As a result, they seek an accomplished Account Manager to drive activity within their established client base, leveraging existing relationships to identify and engage departmental leaders responsible for IT security division spend and decision making.
The Role This position will see you targeting current and new customer contacts within an existing portfolio of corporate clients - typically larger organizations across both enterprise and government You will engage senior decision makers who can influence decisions around security technology investment and also engage with current contacts around existing solutions and renewals You will utilize your superb client relationship skills to build stakeholder maps, executive relationships and deep qualification exercises to enable you effectively manage sales opportunities A salary of circa 100k plus Super and a realistic OTE of 150k will be on offer to the winning applicant Who we seek We seek a person with demonstrable past sales successes within the IT sector, possessing specific experience with IT security products. Past experience with Fortinet solutions or a similar competitive product will be highly valued You can demonstrate the ability to account map, target and open dialogue with executive stakeholders. You understand opportunity qualification and can guide your customer discussions to a point where you can safely decide on pursuing or dropping a lead.
