About the Role This role sits within the Marketing team and reports directly into our Regional Marketing Manager ANZ. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the overall implementation of a marketing and sales strategy, brand / product activation strategy, and communicating defined brand plans for the wound care portfolio which is within Essity’s therapeutic area of focus.

The Senior Product Manager's overall goal is to meet targets within their portfolio, in areas of sales targets and market share targets. We are looking for someone who will embody our company’s beliefs and behaviours, is not afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We are always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves.

What You Will Do Develop Go – to – marketing plan and strategy applicable for portfolio responsibilities in line with global requirements and taking into consideration brand or product related insights Management of annual marketing cycle responsibilities and key operational activities in regards to product, pricing, promotion and distribution Develop and coordinate BTL and other marketing activities with other communication activities Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different activities Contributes to the Global Brand Development work-related to the assigned brands, product category or channel Ensure adequate internal and external communication in case of quality issues Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data via research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for assigned portfolio and brands Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to identify features of assigned portfolio and brands that need to be changed to meet customer needs Maintain records of sales volume, revenues, and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the brand/product/service needs to be improv.
