About the Organisation Our client's main purpose is to improve the quality of life of individuals and families with complex needs. They currently assist over 1,000 families in the local community. About the Role Supporting the COO, you will be responsible for: Complex diary and email management using Outlook; Arranging meetings and coordinating room bookings; Setting up video conferencing when required; Formatting and publishing reports and presentations; Preparing Board and Committee meeting packs; A high level of minute taking; and Providing additional support to the EA to the CEO.
About You You will have extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, with a very high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Utilising your previous experience supporting a C-Suite Executive or Board, you will be confident with minute taking and preparing board papers. Not for Profit experience is preferred, but if you have experience in a customer focused, value driven organisation, we would like to hear from you.
You will also possess the following specific skills and attributes: 5 years' experience supporting C- Suite level or Board; Confident approach and professional demeanour; Ability to manage change and work well under pressure; Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders; Comfortable with taking meeting minutes on a regular basis; and Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
