Home Care Worker
ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking passionate Home Care Workers to join our team in the North West region, who have a keen interest in connecting with and supporting our clients to live independently in their own home. You will be well supported by our Team Leader and Service Coordinators. Casual positions Flexibility with days/hours Provide Domestic Assistance, Personal Care and Respite Care to our clients within their own homes or the community.
Service Locations – North West Suburbs (Essendon, Coburg, Pascoe Vale, Fawkner and surrounding area) and Yarra Region Suburbs - Fitzroy, Carlton, Collingwood, Abbotsford and Richmond ABOUT YOU: A Certificate III in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability Experience working in the Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Sector A demonstrated ability to be client focused, empathetic and flexible.
