Applications Support Manager and Customer Engagement $130-$160k Basic Plus Super Health Insurance Permanent Role Sydney This exciting role for someone who has a passion for technology, staff development and mentoring as well as customer service and driving business outcomes. This role has responsibility to manage a small team within applications and be part of the leadership team to contribute to the Strategy and Innovation of Technology.
Your focus will be analysing systems and processes with a view to improving efficiency. In addition, you will be responsible for managing x3-4 Application Support Staff. The Job Assess system performance and recommend improvements for systems and applications Lead, Guide and Mentor the applications support team Managing the Systems Help Desk and support function Contribute in design and implementation of projects and initiatives Identify business process improvement opportunities Contributing to Strategy and Innovation of Technology Analysing systems and processes and success of improving efficiency Pre-Requisites Strong IT background from an applications support perspective Experience in a Customer Service / Service Desk and applications support leadership role Recent experience in the Health Insurance industry is mandatory Experience using Medical applications such as HOTDOC, HAMBS, e5 Workflow system, ER (Entity Relationship) and other similar applications Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please apply now.
