You will be a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Care Manager (Registered Nurse, Level 3) with the ability to provide quality holistic care, operational excellence and supervision to staff of Warwick Aged Care Service. As an integral member of the Seniors and Supported Living Group, you will liaise and work closely with the Service Manager in relation to all aspects of the business.

This will include quality compliance, human resource management, ACFI maximisation and complaints resolution. You will have the demonstrated ability to effectively implement significant change at a Service level, and to develop a work team through the change process. You are often recognised for your highly developed problem-solving and conflict resolution, decision-making and negotiation skills. As the Care Manager, ideally your experience and qualifications include: Proven track record to effectively manage and lead the clinical care of an aged care facility; A current registration with the AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, and demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity; Strong knowledge of the aged care accreditation system & compliance as well as advanced knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and regulatory requirements for aged care facilities; Experience in educating, mentoring and motivating staff is desirable.
