au/job/41338324?typestandardsearchRequestToken50494c3f-9443-4af6-b2c6-25bf2b49516c}} What our business offers to the successful applicant Exciting career – as our Company grows, so do the opportunities for our people Great working environment – friendly, flexible and supportive working environment An opportunity to create an innovative and efficient administration environment that is committed to providing the best possible outcomes for our clients, our people and our community Roles and Responsibilities Supervise the administration team (currently 1 accounts clerk) Oversee Payroll processing, compliance and maintaining employee details (40 employees) Review and reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Maintain Customer and Supplier records Prepare or review weekly and monthly payment files Monitor Cash Flow Lodge BAS & Payroll Tax Action incoming accounts email enquiries Maintain company registers including fleet, insurance, reoccurring payments Maintain phones and IT systems Produce reports for management and assist with financial matters Assist operations managers with client requests and various tasks as required Liaise with external Accountant Expectations to fulfil the role Must demonstrate minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role Proficient skills in XERO (essential) Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel essential) Proficient skills in AROFLO (not essential but highly desirable) Demonstrated skills and experience in accounting processes (highly desirable) Previous experience in high volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (essential) Previous experience in managing staff Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational skills and ability to manage the administration function with a positive and proactive outlook Experience in implementing new processes and initiating efficiencies to assist the company to achieve its goals Ability to liaise with all levels of staff and management Excellent customer service ethic Please send CV and cover letter now.
