We are looking for a permanent full time Administrative Assistant to become part of our office team. The role will be 8am – 4:30 pm Monday-Friday in our workshop located at Brendale.
The successful applicant will need to actively contribute as a team member to meet all office deadlines and exceed our customers’ expectations. The role will suit a motivated person with high attention to detail who enjoys client interaction and working as a part of a team. People who love a challenge and can use their strong problem-solving skills to create a high standard of work should apply.
Duties to include: External telephone and email enquiries Scheduling of technicians Data entry including purchasing, quoting and invoicing Client Liaison Management of licenses, motor vehicle, insurances Management of inductions and compliance as required Assist other office roles as required General office duties We offer an hourly salary based on the applicants skills and experience.
