About the Role This is a crucial position ensuring a smooth and personalised journey for families from initial enquiry through to commencement with AEIOU. You will be the central administrator working with the NDIS Transition Team and Account and Finance Team. Manage enrolment and waitlist enquires via phone, email and website requests, and act as a first point of contact for the Service Guide families through the enrolment process adhering to government processes to obtain child care subsidies and NDIS plan funding Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and internal and external stakeholders Ensure that the website is maintained with the most relevant enrolment information in collaboration with the Communications Department Arrange Centre visits for families and co-ordinate and facilitate orientation appointments with Centre Managers Provide general administration support to the NDIS Support Coordinators Accurate inputting of all data into CRM So what’s in it for you Highly professional environment and teams Over-award remuneration with salary sacrifice options Five (5) weeks annual leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Reward and Recognition Program About You Strong communication skills and proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with young children, families and staff 3-5 years’ experience within a similar customer service environment Experience working in and maintaining a large database.
