Carers WA is seeking a full time Corporate Services Officer to join our Corporate Services team. The position supports the Corporate Services Manager in varied aspects of corporate services, human resources, building management, ICT support, volunteer management, records management, regulations and compliance, insurance matters as well as the coordination of high-level corporate and staff events. The position will also assist the CEO with administration requirements in the absence of the Corporate Services Manager.
Essential Selection Criteria Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position/s. Experience supporting CEO, Corporate Services and/or the Human Resource team with reporting, compliance, tender dictation and record keeping. Intermediate general computer literacy including in the use of Microsoft Office.
Ability to maintain accurate databases. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work and interact with a wide range of people. Excellent organisational skills and ability to work semi-independently, display initiative, whilst maintaining regular contact with the Manager, keeping them informed of corporate matters, ICT and building works underway.
General administration and office coordination or management experience. Working with the Human resource team to lead change management and show initiative to streamline and improve internal processes. Experience in organising and facilitating event management.
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously to tight deadlines, and prioritise workload. Experience in volunteer support and management. Current ‘C’ class West Australian driver’s licence.
