We have clients across a wide range of industries and offer a range of services to our clients including accounting, tax return preparation, bookkeeping, and business/tax advisory. Job tasks and responsibilities We are looking for an individual to help with our busy firm's administration.

This position will be full-time across a Monday to Friday work week. The role will encompass a mixture of administration and receptionist duties and will be supporting 2 directors, a practice manager and a team of accountants and book-keepers. Examples of the types of activities you will be performing are: Administration Filing and document organization (both physically and electronically).

Process incoming & outgoing paper mail. Client invoicing using Handisoft. Client database maintenance.

Binding and preparing finished documents ready for presentation to clients Liaising with ATO to arrange payment plans & remitting penalties etc. Keeping the office clean and organized. Receptionist Answering the firms' incoming phone calls.

Greeting guests and clients who visit the office in a friendly and professional manner. Skills and experience About You You must have experience in a similar role and be familiar with the office environment. It would be highly regarded if you have prior experience in an accounting / bookkeeping / tax firm and are already familiar with the language and lingo that is used.

You should be highly organized and be able to prioritize tasks. You must be able to communicate (verbally and written) professionally and speak fluent English. You must have high attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. A positive attitude and general interest in making things better.
