This role is to support a member of the Executive team, while also learning from her at the same time.

You will be coordinating appointments, preparing rooms for efficient meetings and assisting with other administrative work. This executive is relatively self sufficient (are the rest of the executive team) so your role is really there to help pick up all of the extra flow on work so they can focus on the high level tasks that cross their desk every day. The role will grow as you prove yourself; you will need to earn trust and inspire confidence, taking full responsibility for your role and working independently.

As you build trust, the scope of the job will likely become more varied and you will be given opportunity to use your specific skills and talents. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
