Reporting directly to the Chief Shared Services Officer, you will be a key point of contact for all areas of the business as well as external stakeholders, working alongside one other Customer Service Officer amongst a larger team of shared services staff. Duties & Responsibilities Manage customer queries or complaints process through to resolution Process high volume data entry for claims, charge backs and other schemes as required Data entry of invoice information utilising Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Excel Updating customer information in the CRM Liaise with stakeholders from other internal departments in order to resolve customer queries Relief reception duties Other administration duties as required by the Chief Shared Services Officer Skills & Experience required Demonstrated customer service and administration experience within a dynamic work environment Excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong customer service mindset Positive and adaptable attitude, and the ability to pick things up quickly Proactive nature and someone who can manage their time effectively High attention to detail, you will be working with complex customer information so accuracy is of the utmost importance Benefits & Culture Working hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, with no overtime required High performing team environment, where your proactive and helpful attitude will be well regarded Well established, stable organisation Work close to home in this suburban office location in the south-west suburbs, with plenty of on site parking About the Company Located in the south-west suburbs of Brisbane, this organisation is part of a global supplier of grocery products, marketing and retail support services to independent retail supermarkets and are one of the fastest growing retail groups in Australia.
