au/job/41339814?typestandardsearchRequestTokenefab69cf-c26a-4d16-b84f-0a12cd0e976a}} Administration Manager CMBM (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a well-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning business enjoying continued growth across Queensland. We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to conscientiously but sensitively drive our central administrative support function to the next level. This position will be based at our modern office accommodation in Eight Mile Plains.

Dealing conscientiously and effectively with day-to-day administrative management issues will be second nature toyou, however your demonstrable resilience and commitment to building and maintaining a high performing administrative team may be what sets you apart from the competition. As our business continues to grow, a key focus will be on improving efficiency and effectiveness and delivering continuous improvement across the administration function; this will require broad technical knowledge, effective interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills along with strong team leadership and problem solving skills. Experience in a similar industry will be well regarded, however a track record of proven success in a similar role, in a fast paced, complex work environment, where no two days are the same and good enough will never be good enough, may be what sets you apart from the competition.

Key accountabilities will include (but not be limited to); Managing individual and team performance, effectively leading / supervising the Central Administrative Team of 10 Determining, designing and implementing efficient office admin policies, processes and procedures Allocation of resources to ensure delivery of required outcomes Delegating / assigning clerical, administrative tasks appropriately Ensure security and confidentiality of data / information and systems Recruit, select, induct, coach and develop Central Administrative Team members Oversee the work of all team members – including Reception, Payroll, Bookkeeping, 24/7 Helpdesk, Accounts Payable / Receivable Monitor / check Process data forms and data sheets Undertake specific administrative duties e.g. maintain Equipment / Asset Register, Service Tech Requests / Agreements / Installations For success in the role you will: Possess a track record of success in a similarly hands-on, complex and demanding administration management position.

Possess highly effective communication skills including influencing, negotiation and personal presentation skills, Be adept at prioritising and organising work to consistently achieve tight deadlines in a fast paced and busy office environment. Favour a consultative approach to managing and leading and preparedness to challenge the status quo Be flexible in meeting the fluctuating needs of the business (we are not a 9 to 5 operation).
