This role will be appointed for a 6-month period, with the possibility of extension. We are seeking an experienced, client focused and team-oriented administrator to support this busy office, providing an efficient administrative service.
The Role… Provide timely administration support to a small team providing property and facility services High volume data entry, including accounts payable, processing work orders and purchase orders Maintain and update databases, systems and registers, including documentation control Scheduling and preparing meetings, reports, letters, presentations, briefs, legal and other documentation. About you… You will bring to the role your passionate and caring nature and you will have: Demonstrated extensive experience in an administration role Demonstrated knowledge of finance, accountancy and general business processes Strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment Good organisational skills with the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgment to prioritise workloads Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated high level ability to use computer IT systems including data base management, MS Word and Excel Ability to obtain positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and any other legislatively required personal history screening as required This position offers a competitive remuneration package, with the opportunity to increase your take-home pay by salary sacrificing and other benefits.
