We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong customer – focused approach as well as sound administrative background to join the dynamic team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Attending to inbound customer calls Assist with customer enquiries Provide quotes and stock information in a timely manner Enter all orders in a main database Project manage order from point of sale to delivery Liaise with Company’s Account Manager Trouble shooting – assisting customers with delivery of products Liaise with warehouse staff members ensuring customer satisfaction Ensuring accurate recording of manual dockets Australia wide Monthly reconciliation Timely follow up at all times Other general project administrative duties. Demonstrated key competencies/qualifications Numerical, abstract and verbal reasoning Familiarity and experience using SAP Operational knowledge and experience of stock and distribution processes Strong organisational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to troubleshoot Outstanding communication skills Sound knowledge of MS Office Certificate iv in administration preferred Demonstrated experience in a similar working environment.
