You will play a vital part in this new venture fresh into Melbourne, Victoria.

This opportunity will provide you with a chance to further develop your career aspirations from the ground up whilst being backed by a system based, process driven white-collar business in a blue-collared industry Located in Cranbourne, Plumbing Bros specialise in new homes construction, all plumbing services in maintenance to existing domestic and commercial premises. Who You Are: You will describe yourself as a highly experienced Plumber who is confident with compliance and supervising staff. You have outstanding attention to detail and easy-going manner and a natural ‘up and go’ attitude to work and daily tasks.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy an autonomous role where you are committed to the success and growth of the business. The Role: As the Master Plumber your main objective will be to oversee a small division of plumbers and submit compliance paperwork when required. We envisage you will divide your time between on-site and the handling tasks associated with overseeing Project’s and staff.

You anticipate you will possess the skills and desire to quickly evolve into a management focused position within the company. Your main areas of work will include: Overseeing a growing team of plumbers Submission of compliance paperwork Ensure workflow is maintained at an optimal level & Adhere to and educate others when required on Health & Safety Standards To be considered for this great opportunity you will have: At least 6 years’ experience of on-site plumbing experience Be a fully licensed plumber or ability to obtain license quickly, operating under Plumbing Bros public liability insurance Experience within the Construction Industry is essential Previous experience supervising/managing staff Experience with compliance paperwork Up to date knowledge of current Health & Safety standards The ability to see potential in work opportunities that will result in business growth & Previous experience with targets and budgets This is an exciting time to join Plumbing Bros and a unique opportunity to develop your career aspirations whilst being a part of their future goals for expansion.
