We offer a refreshing alternative to working for the other big agencies About the Role As Marketing Automation Lead, you will be focused on defining marketing solutions for clients based on business needs and working with the wider team to deliver work that enhances engagement across the various stages of the customer lifecycle. You will have industry-leading knowledge of marketing automation solutions, and regularly use tools and processes to streamline and scale your work. You will also work closely with the Client Advisory Team to develop and promote innovative products and processes across all our digital channels.

We want to help bring your big ideas to life In this role, you will: Lead the development of our Marketing Automation product, processes, and outputs Drive consultative engagements with clients on technical and business challenges Produce strategic and technical solutions for clients, working with the team to ensure these are delivered to the highest standard Execute and maintain email marketing activity including trade emails, customer journey emails, personalised emails, transactional emails, win-back campaigns, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, retention, engagement and conversion Deliver performance reports (weekly and/or monthly depending on the client), as well as undertaking analysis to present insights to the business in status meetings for optimisation of digital communications strategies Analyse customer data, activity and behaviour to develop segments and customer profiles enabling targeted campaigns, with the goal of unlocking revenue gene....
