Senior HR Advisor - Remuneration & Benefits Our Senior HR Advisor - Remuneration and Benefits is responsible for delivering a reward framework that supports the way we work. You will be comfortable with data and process, but equally, you will use your expertise to guide and influence key decisions about how we reward our people.

We are passionate about providing a positive employee experience, and you will play a vital role in this area. This role is a fixed term maternity cover position until February 2021. It is a flexible part time opportunity with the potential to manoeuver around school hours, study or other life commitments.

Key Accountabilities Develop, implement and maintain organisation wide remuneration programs for all professional employees, benefits, and incentive programs Provide expert advice & support on the development of robust performance frameworks to drive employee development, progression and reward decisions Undertake market research to ensure the business has access to data to ensure fair, transparent and market competitive pay structures Provide specialist advice and support to assist business unit HR teams to deliver remuneration outcomes to their stakeholders through updates, analysis and recommendations Lead the annual remuneration review cycle Manage the development and delivery of the employee benefits program Qualifications and Experience (About you) Tertiary (degree) qualifications in HR; underpinned with significant experience working within remuneration and benefits specialist roles (5 yrs) Experience working within Mining, Resources or large scale contractor style organisations Excellent attention to detail, with strong numerical and analytical skills Confidence to speak with authority to business stakeholders and leaders to provide sound advice on remuneration, benefits and related HR issues A proactive go-getter; a person who is readily described as a.
