The position supports our busy sales team and will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings and coordinating a range of sales cycle activities for our team. It is essential you have strong telephonic and email communication skills, and as the voice down the end of the line and the person reaching out over email, you represent our firm with professionalism and respect at all times. Scheduling: coordinating all appointments and meetings across our sales teams and ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all bookings.
Keep meeting room booking systems up to date, and ensuring that all meetings are recorded accurately both before and after the event Administration: Provide a range of sales support and administration process duties to a group of friendly, high-performance sales team. Assist with filing and ensure the right documents are collated and ready for each appointment, and provide a range of other workflow assistance as required Appointment setting: Reaching out as required to our customer database at the appropriate intervals to schedule internal meetings with our clients.
