The Senior Director Performance Measurement and Reporting will (a) provide leadership, direction and management to BHI teams responsible for patient surveys, data management and analyses, and performance reports, (b) oversee the preparation of BHI's portfolio of reports and information products in collaboration others who are responsible for strategy, stakeholder engagement and communications, (c) be an active member of the management team, and (d) contribute to appropriate positioning of the Bureau as a respected and trusted provider of information.
