What you'll be doing The Administrative Assistant role is to provide reception and administrative support for the Eastern Cluster, Drug Health centres located at CAM Cumberland Hospital and Fleet Street, North Parramatta that operate within the framework of WSLHD Drug Health. The Administrative Assistant will support the work activities of allied health staff, nurses and medical staff providing timely and accurate administrative services.

Selection Criteria Proven capacity to prioritise, undertake and complete tasks with minimal supervision in a busy clinical environment. Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and staff. Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail Ability to provide a comprehensive range of reception duties and to support several teams.
Understanding the need for confidentiality when working with client and staff information Experience and proficiency using computer word processing and database packages, and an aptitude for learning new systems. Ability and willingness to multi task, and take direction from Senior Administrative staff. Possess organisational skills required to set priorities, meet deadlines and monitor workflow in the area of responsibility.
