The Nurse Manager Patient Experience is a member of the SESLHD Nursing &Midwifery Directorate and will work closely with the key stakeholders at each facility providing leadership in the promotion of the patient experience embedded within a culture of safety, quality improvement and innovation.
The Nurse Manager Patient Experience will collaboratively develop, implement and evaluate strategies surrounding the patient experience linked to the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards including but not limited to Patient Opinion, Falls Prevention, Pressure Injury and Wound Care. As the Nurse Manager Patient Experience you will support the organisations across the District to achieve and embed the requirements to meet the NSQHS Standards ahead of Assessment. " Selection Criteria: Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia, and current NSW driver's licence and willingness to use same as required for the position. Relevant post graduate tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience with a demonstrated commitment to professional development. Demonstrated organisational knowledge with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills.
