About the Role Administer access to information in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures; Ensure all requests for access to information are completed in a timely manner Liaise effectively with other government departments, law firms, insurance companies and members of the public; Examine, prioritise and register incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries into the IAU RESPOND database and identify which legislative mechanism the request is to be processed under; Prepare appropriate replies for consideration and/or dispatch ensuring accuracy and high-quality presentation; Order and track the appropriate medical records using HBCIS, download ieMR and other parallel patient records held by the RBWH.
