About the Role Develop strong partnerships with business leaders to drive a positive health and safety culture, be outcome focused and address identified health and safety issues proactively and in a timely manner. Coach leaders on all aspects of workplace health and safety and workplace rehabilitation including matters pertaining to changes in health and safety legislation, policy and emerging trends.
Empower leaders to be self-sufficient and effective in managing health and safety and workplace rehabilitation processes at a local and organisational level. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of Health and Safety and Injury Management Advisors allocated to providing seamless strategic, tactical and operational Health and Safety advice and support within a large complex healthcare environment. Strong team building skills in maintaining effective professional and consultative relationships, that builds knowledge, develops talent and skills, values differences with stakeholders and local teams with an ability to manage challenges with integrity, tact and diplomacy.
