Health Service Operations Manager - Multiple Positions



Northern Adelaide Local Health Network, Lyell McEwin Hospital - Multiple Positions Indicative Total Remuneration: $132,877 p.a. MAS3 - Permanent - Full-Time Accountable to the Chief Finance Officer, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction and management of the business support resources allocated to one of the Divisions of NALHN.

Ensuring effective and efficient delivery of business support services to the Division, you will implement strategies in managing a balanced scorecard approach to performance, monitoring, forecasting, reporting and analysis. You will maintain a robust operational governance framework and structure for the Division, and reinforce a culture of performance accountability and responsibility. This will be underpinned by an effective performance reporting framework that cascades through the Division, along with an effective budget strategy and maintaining a budget management framework.

You will lead service improvement, project management, service planning and continuous improvement activities. Providing business analysis and actionable insights, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, benchmark comparisons and business case development. With state of the art facilities, the Lyell McEwin Hospital is fast becoming a major tertiary facility.

It has close links with the local community that it serves and is dedicated to fostering a culture of trust, integrity and respect. You will have a proven track record in the strategic management of resources, undertaking financial business analysis and providing actionable insights. This will include experience in budgeting, forecasting, developing key performance indicators and financial strategies to improve financial performance and providing concise written executive financial reports.

Demonstrating success in establishing a strong finance governance framework, with an attention to detail in applying financial management discipline, you will be capable of providing positive leadership in a management role.
