We are looking for an Operational Readiness Officer to ensure that Operations is geared up to effectively to support the New Payments Platform roll out in Australia. You will be expected to ensure operational readiness of the NPP for all impacted staff within Operations.
Your main responsibilities will include: The role is expected to ensure operational readiness of the New Payments Platform for all impacted staff within Operations. The successful candidate needs to have exceptional technical knowledge of HSBC Payments Processing Platforms. Experience in creating and changing system options related to payments products, profiles, rate usage is essential.
Manage the operational aspects of User Acceptance Testing and the facilitate system administration. Set-up the operational model for both onshore and offshore teams. Facilitate the documentation of detailed business requirements of the Australian Payments process.
Ensure that the payments processing platform technical support utilities are geared up to deliver the deployments. Document and Train the new processes for Operational Model..
