About the Opportunity We are currently looking to recruit an Internal Communications Advisor to support CPA Australia’s internal communication strategy and identify, create and promote CPA initiatives through our internal communication channels. This role will be key in ensuring that employees are informed of key business strategy and activity. Current key projects and initiatives Take the lead on regular company-wide Town Halls, determining and managing logistical requirements, and working with suppliers and executives to deliver successful events Updating current intranet (SharePoint) including identifying and creating newsworthy content, drafting content, approving articles and reviewing reporting metrics Ensure delivery of weekly CPA Australia newsletter, working with business stakeholders to profile events, projects, initiatives, milestones and business information Advise and evaluate success of internal communication channels, making recommendations on channels and driving their effectiveness Providing packs for Executive Leadership Teams Collating feedback on culture surveys Lunch & Learn Programs including Health & Wellbeing and Learning & Development workshops Support senior leaders with content development for initiatives and events, including emails, news items and presentations About You To be set up for success in this role you will need to demonstrate: Minimum of 3 years in an Internal Communications role in a complex organisation First-class writing and editing skills Experience and confidence using SharePoint 365 for creating intranet content and pages Strong PowerPoint and design skills Ability to identify newsworthy content Strong communication advisory skills, identifying the most appropriate channel, method and time for sharing business news Ability to build relationships and demonstrate value to stakeholders Strong Time Management and prioritisation skills and ability to work to deadlines across multiple initiatives Positive working attitude and willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges What’s in it for me?
