A bit about the role: We have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing planning, management, and execution of B2B & B2C marketing communications and campaigns, across multiple channels including digital and direct, in order to achieve business objectives and budgeted revenue growth. This role requires a Marketing Manager to optimize strategic, revenue-focused, and local marketing opportunities for the Allhomes brand, part of the Domain Group. The Allhomes brand is the market leader and a well-established brand within the ACT market.

What your day to day will look like: Develop, communicate and reinforce the Allhomes value propositions into the market to deliver audience and revenue growth Develop and implement the Allhomes marketing communication plan to drive revenue and audience growth Support the sales teams and clients with tools and messages Oversee brand and agent marketing budget Develop and send EDM's Brief and manage all sales collateral Event planning and execution (insights evenings, conferences and sponsorship events) Develop strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic to allhomes.com.
au and AH app Management of media plans, prepare a briefing for all ATL marketing campaigns and develop creative as required We would love you to have: 3 years B2B or B2C marketing experience Experience in digital/trade marketing implementation, management, analysis and reporting Demonstrated success in end to end management of multiple marketing projects from plan to launch in a fast-paced environment Develop and implement the Allhomes marketing communication plan to drive revenue and audience growth Support the sales teams and clients with tools and messages to better sell our suite of products Proven experience working with a multitude of stakeholders, both internal and external Proficiency in data interpretation to inform decisions, initiatives and marketing messages Strong multi-channel marketing experience - across direct and digital platforms Fine-tuned organisational and prioritisation skills Decision making skills A proactive nature with excellent attention to detail skills Excellent copywriting ski....
