An exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse with a strong interest in Community Nursing to join the very experienced and dedicated NSHNS Community Team. Employment Type : Permanent Full Time and Part Time Available Position Classification : Registered Nurse Remuneration : $1,230.10 - $1,727.

What you'll be doing Assess, plan, implement and evaluate community nursing care, in the patient home or clinic, in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them. Registered Nurse -Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and relevant nursing experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers and a diverse range of health and non-health care providers. Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on service delivery, patient safety, quality of care and team cohesion. Sound experience using electronic medical record systems and office applications, and evidence of personal time management capabilities and effective negotiation skills.
