gl/iShcmS What you'll be doing Deliver and evaluate clinical education programs in consultation with Nurse Management, Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Consultants, to support the delivery of clinical best practice, patient service and enhanced patient outcomes with in the acute clinical environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change within the context of best practice clinical care and workplace culture Demonstrated ability to design, implement and evaluate clinical education at the ward level, and provide support and guidance to ensure an appropriately skilled and qualified nursing and midwifery workforce, working within appropriate models of care.
