Aged Care facility in the South East Suburbs requires an experienced handyperson for a temporary role Your new company Located in the South East Suburbs of Melbourne, our clients are seeking a handyperson for temporary positions commencing end of January 2020. For the right candidate, there is consistent work available. Working in the maintenance team, you will be required to complete preventative and reactive tasks and assist in the upkeep at the facility.
Your new role You will be in required to repair and maintain the facility and demonstrate a can do easy approach to problem solving on the daily. You will be required to undertake the following, however not limited to: Hanging doors & locks Patch & paint Rubbish removal Changing taps & washers Furniture moving/room set up Ad hoc cleaning tasks (e.g.
sweeping, high pressure clean) Basic garden tasks (e.g. watering of plants, mulching) What you'll need to succeed Previous professional work experience as a handyperson White card Trade certificate (desired, however not essential) Police Check (within the last 6 months, or willing to obtain immediately) What you'll get in return $28ph - $32ph Superannuation Gain experience working with a well-known aged care organisation What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
