Rostering Coordinator | Perth



Due to growth we have multiple new roles as Rostering Co-ordinators. Collaborate with our sites in the creation of workforce planning requirements and publishing of rosters. THE POSITION Reporting to the National Labour Manager, Central Hub – this role will see you work in collaboration with our WA & SA Operations Management teams by delivering cost-efficient labour scheduling & forecasting to ensure that our sites are operating at optimum efficiency levels. These newly created full-time roles (3) will see you based from our Perth (Northbridge) office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Administration and data entry of site-based Deputy rosters for our Remote & Offshore business Accuracy and integrity of data are key to success On-time delivery & publishing of rosters in accordance to agreed principles – rosters to be available 4 weeks in advance Co-ordination and distribution of basic labour reporting to key internal stakeholders on a daily /weekly & monthly basis Contribute towards identifying and solutioning cost effective labour outcomes Provide support to Site Managers & Site Administrators on Deputy, Rostering & Scheduling queries & optimisation of labour forecasting THE PERSON Experience in labour forecasting, leave planning & scheduling within a complex environment such as offshore & remote eg.

DIDO/ FIFO Experience in administration of Workforce Systems such as Deputy and PageUp Exceptional problem-solving, organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise Highly developed verbal, telephone and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure, independently and within a team Excellent analytical, reporting and organisation skills Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word THE BENEFITS We place great importance on being an employer of choice and offer excellent career opportunities for high performers.
