About the Role The purpose of this role is to contribute to the creation of the new HR function with a focus on the design of an end to end performance and reward solution for MLC Wealth. You will support the delivery of the reward strategy as set by the GM Performance & Reward, enabled through efficient, high quality, repeatable, scalable and cost-effective reward solutions for MLC, which deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: • Develop and deliver agreed activities, processes and solutions, aligned to agreed reward product and services (e.

g. provide coaching, specialist advice), with a self-service first approach. • Work closely with HR Shared Services and HR Business Partners in the delivery of cyclical activities related to reward advisory (e.

g. EOY, reward reviews) and strategic reward related initiatives. • Ensure quality, effective and timely reward advisory services to MLC leaders and HR Division.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement activities, in consultation with GM Performance & Reward. About You You will have extensive experience working in Performance and Reward. You will be commercially savvy and adept to working with ambiguity and complexity within an evolving organisation.

You will have proven experience partnering with Senior Leadership teams to determine and align strategic goals with operational objectives. Experience in reward advisory (e.g.

EOY, reward reviews) and in designing strategic reward initiatives is a prerequisite with prior experience in end-to-end Project Management capability. You will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. This role will suit someone who can consistently create a culture where people are engaged and connected to the vision.
