Leading the way in a highly disrupted industry. About the Role Leading the ‘build’ function for Technology, you will form a key part of a high performing leadership group.
As a result, you must have gravitas, commercial acumen, a proven track record and be able to contribute immediately (this is not a ‘step up’ position). Duties Ensure quality delivery outcomes for infrastructure and applications solutions; Business engagement, demand management and prioritisation; Leadership of a multi-sourced function consisting of approximately 70 staff; Navigate a complex environment and work towards a future state transformation program; and Advise on relevant methodologies to be used on projects. Skills & Experience Above all, a high degree of competence and experience in leading sizeable teams; In-depth knowledge of the SDLC and a variety of methodologies; Experience of working in an environment with a true transformation agenda; Solid vendor management skills and experience; and Exceptional communication skills and an ability to work with a broad cross-section of consumers.
