Your new role You will be responsible for the management of through life support services within the CTC-LIS Operate & Support / Maintenance Contract (O&S/M). You will be the principal point of contact with CTC-LIS End User Army’s Combat Training Centre and will also be responsible for delivery of locally based operational services IAW the contracted Statement of Work. Your new role will see you: Conduct customer communication to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of CTC-LIS status and operational performance Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and commitment to the CTC-LIS and Through Life Support services Deliver OS&M contracted services on time, on cost, with first time quality to achieve high levels of customer loyalty and shareholder value Establish and prioritise work within the operation to ensure that the delivery of contracted services, system sustainment and integration of upgrades/ modification to the core CTC-LIS.

Prepare and deliver the OS&M Contract Status Report (CSR) for quarterly review Work with PFO staff to develop the Cost Status Review and update the monthly forecast to contribute into the Program Status Report Manage Services and Systems projects, as requested by the customer as additional Survey & Quote (S&Q) or Task Priced Services (TPS) Prepare proposals and cost estimates for OS&M support to other projects as well as TPS and S&Q ROMs for internal OS&M projects Responsible for drafting, review and early delivery of OS&M CDRLs IAW the contract. Ensure delivery of CDRLs through the Program’s configuration management process Co-ordinate and deliver the quarterly Commonwealth Asset Stocktaking Report (CASR) What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will have extensive military experience in a leadership position. You will ideally possess a Diploma in Project Management and a Certificate IV Training and Assessment or RPL equivalency.

You will have the ability to lead teams to deliver excellent customer service in remote locations of Australia and understand the environment and terminology utilised by the CTC (Live), specifically in the area of Combined Arms Training. Your high levels of personal organisation, collective planning and communications skills and ability to foster strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction at all times while delivering the expected business performance will see you succeed in this position.
