HR Manager - People & Culture
$120-140k super | Large Organisation across Australia 2000 employees Your new company Join a leading Australian Industrial organisation based in Sydney’s Northern suburbs. Due to growth, this company are looking to create a full management team within their HR function. They are currently looking for a HR Manager to help deliver change management programs across the wider business.
Your new role Reporting into the HR Director, you will manage a large national client base of over 2000 employees across Australia. This is a true generalist HR role that will be both operational and strategic. You will manage and support the wider HR team.
You will act as a 2IC to the HR Director working on initiatives around D&I, Employee Engagement and company Cultural Engagement programs. You will work closely with senior leaders to execute their vision to be the industry leaders in diversity and inclusion and workplace culture. What you'll need to succeed • Demonstrated experience in Industrial and Employee Relations is preferred.
• You will be both strategic and operational. • Ideally you will have experience with Diversity and Inclusion. • You will be a passionate, energetic and dedicated HR professional.
• You will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and be able to new bring new ideas to the table.
