Procurement and Contracts Manager

Your new role In your new position you will lead and be responsible for developing strategies, managing sourcing initiatives, establishing strategic and operational contracts and supply management strategies that minimise risk and achieve best value to meet business objectives. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for this position you will have the following experience: Extensive experience in the preparation, administration and management of tender and contract documents.
Extensive experience in the assessment and resolution of contractual disputes. Extensive experience in stakeholder management, including the development and implementation of effective and innovative procurement strategies which align with organisational strategic goals. Extensive experience in the development, review and implementation of contract and procurement policies, practices and procedures.
Experience in the management and development of procurement staff Demonstrated experience in strategic procurement initiatives resulting in measurable organisation-wide improvements.
