Temp role 23rd December to 30th March | Govt Department | Morwell location | Admin role Your new company This government department located in the Latrobe Valley is seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer who can hit the ground running and assist in providing excellent customer services to its diverse clientele. Your new role As an Admin Support Officer, you will be responsible for; use of the CRM system, triage of client cases as they come in, allocating support services and assistance to clients, back up to the client support offices on the phone, managing and coordinating the office email and appointments, and providing patient, empathetic and friendly service to our clientele at all times. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience working in a similar role coupled with a caring attitude towards victims of family violence will make your application successful.
Ideally, you will have experience communicating or working in the family violence sector but this is not essential. You will be competent with Microsoft Office Suite products, able to pick up new systems and processes quickly, work well within a high functioning team, and be able to handle confidential documentation in a discrete and policy driven manner.
