Employee Relations Manager
Working as part of a large Employee Relations team managing complex case work Your new company A globally recognised company in the Financial Services industry who are at the forefront of innovation in their market, have an opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their growing team based in Sydney CBD. Your new role Working as part of a large Employee Relations team and working with the wider HR team you will be responsible for managing a variety of case work including grievances, disciplinaries, misconduct, sickness absence and performance management. You will work with senior leaders and employees across the business to resolve employee relations matters and minimise risks to the business.
You will advise at all levels of the business on policies, procedures and employment law. What you'll need to succeed You will have proven experience in an Employee Relations/Industrial Relations specialist role together with exceptional employment law knowledge with a commercial and pragmatic approach. You will be resilient and have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the business.
