Not for Profit organisation requires a maintenance officer, for a 7-week contract commencing immediately Your new company Our client is a well-known not for profit organisation in Australia, and they require a highly skilled all-rounder maintenance officer to complete reactive and preventative repairs at the properties across Melbourne’s inner suburbs. This position is commencing immediately and will conclude in early February. You will be required to work Monday – Friday, excluding the public holidays.

Your new role You will be in required to complete preventive and scheduled maintenance at the properties and demonstrate a can do easy approach to problem solving on the daily. You will be required to undertake the following, however not limited to: Patch & Paint Changing door locks Repairing damaged fixtures Furniture removal Changing lights Basic carpentry Other ad hoc duties.
