Your new role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Legal Excellence & Risk team based in Melbourne. Working closely with the firm’s General Counsel, this role will provide administration support in an efficient and confidential manner primarily to the Legal Excellence and Risk team. This is a full time or part time opportunity doing the following: Support the General Counsel with secretarial duties including the maintenance of registers, documents and the partner intranet.
Governance meeting coordination, including preparation and distribution of papers, scheduling meetings and liaising with partners. Draft correspondence and documents on behalf of the team Maintain confidential records and filing of reports and correspondence Phone handling and taking messages Arrange and book travel (flights, accommodation and transfers for the team) Assist with the maintenance of risk registers What you'll need to succeed Five years’ experience in an administration type role. Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a high level of trust and develop relationships at all levels. Strong technology skills, including Excel, SharePoint, Board portals, PDF docs and Zoom.
