On a day to day basis you will be supporting a range of internal and external customers with their financing of vehicles and providing a range of top-grade customer service. Your new role Your new role will see you working in the hive of the office in a phone based role.
The customer service team is a valued asset of the business and the face of the company - so you will be working with like-minded individuals all from a financial background. Some key activities will be: Assisting your dealer network with enquiries relating to customer accounts Liaise with internal stakeholders to effectively manage consumer and commercial customers Ensure all customer enquiries relating to pay-outs, due date changes, account termination, account variation and statements are issues in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Contribute to: collection management; customer service admin; any other operational duties when needed.
What you'll need to succeed Must have a foundation of knowledge of finance, either from working within finance or a degree in finance.
