Your working day may include (but not limited to), assistance and or support with daily life, including personal care, domestic activities, social and community participation and varying skill development activities, social and community participation and varying skill development activities. This is an ongoing program 24 hours a day, 7 days a week .
The successful worker will be someone with the flexibility to work short and long shifts and at times covering for other team members. The shifts currently available are: Weekdays 6am - 8am, 8am - 10am, 10am - 2pm, 2pm - 6pm, 6pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am (sleep over) Saturday and Sunday 6am - 10am, 10am - 2.30pm, 2.
30pm - 8pm, 8pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am (sleep over) Open availability is highly regarded, however not essential About You You're a passionate, empathetic and caring individual who is looking to make an invaluable positive impact on the lives of others. You are an independent, proactive thinker and worker but are also able to follow direction/s given by your managers and can work within a tight-knit team. You may also be required to support the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) program, at the request of your employer.
