We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Insurance Sector. The role will lead a multi-disciplined team to provide consumer support solutions and manage consumer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. This role will also provide advice and support to the Admissions team on how best to position mecwacare as an aged care provider of choice.

It includes developing and implementing a brand strategy for mecwacare's 13 residential aged care facilities, utilising various channels such as My Aged Care and other online directories. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse range of people in a professional and courteous manner A high level of attention to detail and accuracy Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, attend to multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Demonstrated ability in the areas of time management, initiative, problem solving, decision making and management of consumer expectations. Leadership skills in optimising team performance Knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Principles 1997 and other regulatory requirements relevant to residential aged care, particularly working in the My Aged Care portal..
