ICT Contracts and Procurement Manager
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The IT Sector. Develop and lead all documentation for RFQ and RFT specifications in close collaboration with business areas as appropriate; including developing and managing tender documentation to ensure compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules and PGPA Act. While adhering to Commonwealth Procurement Rules and PGPA Act ensure that all evaluations are conducted fairly and ethically, and in accordance with best practice.
Co-ordinate industry briefings. Provide high-level reports and report on procurement project plans and schedules. Administer and lead on all new and existing ICT contracts.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure supplier performance, while taking the lead on contract governance Experience in preparing complex specifications and procurement documents for Government ICT procurements. A well-developed understanding of probity as it applies to Government Procurement. With a demonstrated understanding of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (under the PGPA Act 2013) and contract management framework.
Proven attention to detail. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal including demonstrated ability to prepare high-level complex reports..
