Manager (Service Integration)



We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Public Sector. Monitor, direct and drive the optimisation of service management processes and functions Establish efficient and effective integration of processes across multiple internal / external suppliers Drive the pragmatic, focussed and timely uplift of service management process maturity Ensure alignment of processes and service management tools and platforms Ensure processes capture appropriate data and information to enable fact-based decision making Lead a capability and practice for service definition, process analysis and process re-engineering Develop and execute strategy in collaboration with senior leadership Experience in IT service management and understanding of project delivery and management Ability to define, lead and deliver change Experience defining and improving process to optimise value and minimise waste Focus on people and leadership Understanding of organisational management, strategy and governance Experience working with vendors to deliver outcomes Ability to cultivate productive working relationships, facilitate cooperation and partnerships.
